As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
We are looking for client service representatives that want to join our growing specialty and referral team, and that want to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets!
Red River Animal Emergency Hospital and Referral Center has been serving the North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota veterinary communities with exceptional emergency and critical care since 2005. We are excited to have expanded and look forward to bringing more referral specialty care to our region! Our RRAEH referral and specialty CSRs will work with our specialists, technicians, and other team members to provide exceptional care and customer service to all of our clients. Our CSRs are involved with not only the communication with our clients but also our referring veterinarians. As part of the team you will help to answer client and referring veterinarian’s questions regarding our specialty services whether over the phone or in person, help to admit and discharge patients, scheduling patients in our EMR for the different services, obtain and organize all necessary client and patient forms in our EMR system, collect deposits and payments from our clients, and maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the waiting and exam rooms.
Ideal candidates would have prior customer service experience, enjoy helping people, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, are a team player, and enjoy learning!
Salary: Starting up to $18 per hour. (More with veterinary experience)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday weekly. No Holidays and No Weekends! (Opportunity to train and pick up shifts at emergency front desk, but the referral and specialty front desk will be main priority)
