Red River Animal Emergency Hospital and Referral Center is currently seeking Board-Certified Specialists in Soft Tissue and Orthopedic surgery, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Dermatology, and Ophthalmology! We are the only regional 24/7 Emergency Veterinary Hospital and 100% local veterinarian owned. We are currently growing our 12,000 square foot hospital to a total of 28,000 square feet with the addition of our two-story Specialty & Referral center due to be completed later this year. We currently have 2 Critical Care Specialists, 11 experienced Emergency Veterinarians, and a growing support staff of over 40 technicians and assistants. We are committed to providing the support, instruments/equipment, and staff you need to create your dream specialty practice. Our current facility has a large ICU, 2 surgery suites, extensive in-house lab, bedside oxygen, Snyder O2 units, 16 slice helical CT, advanced ultrasound and echo services, GI endoscope, and our own blood bank. Our Criticalists also provide hemodialysis, plasmapheresis, and mechanical ventilator therapies. The two-story specialty center currently being built will have two more surgery suites (4 total), 8 additional exam rooms, room for fluoro capabilities and our digital x-ray system will include wireless DR plates for intraop use.
