HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATION
Bill has been Red River Animal Emergency Hospital and Referral Center’s Practice Manager since 2011. He likes warm weather better than cold, happy rather than sad, and he LOVES animals.
Alex is from Gainesville, FL (Go Gators) and joined the RRAEH team in 2021. His favorite thing about veterinary medicine is working with & getting to know our clients and their pets.
In his free time, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife and son. Alex’s pets include Jetty and Grant the German Shorthaired Pointers, Scout the Chihuahua, and Puck & Finn the cats.
Amy is from Bismarck, ND and started working at Red River Animal Emergency Hospital and Referral Center in March 2007. She has her bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from NDSU. Her favorite thing about veterinary medicine is getting to help pets & their owners while learning something new every day.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors - gardening, hiking, camping, fishing, & hunting, reading, spending time with her pets, and completing various on-going projects. Amy's pets include Raisin & Jitterbug the cats, Ridley the dog, and Lark the horse.

Patty is from Fargo, ND and joined our team in 2018. She has a degree in Animal Health Technology. Her favorite things about veterinary medicine are the amazing similarities between animal medicine and human medicine – we learn from each other & because our patients cannot speak and tell us what hurts, we rely on the diagnostic tools and resources to solve the puzzle of what is going on.
Patty has 3 dogs; Romeo & Lillian the Standard Poodles, and Bear the Lhasa/Bichon. Romeo & Lillian are certified therapy dogs through Pet Partners, so they get to visit nursing homes, hospitals, and do library reads. In her free time, Patty enjoys therapy visits, teaching basic obedience classes, training for obedience/agility/and therapy work, reading, biking, baking, and going to the lakes.
Bio coming soon!
Amber is originally from Hibbing, MN. She moved to the area to attend Concordia College and graduated with a degree in Biology. In her spare time, Amber enjoys training horses and teaching riding lessons, spending time with her dogs and horses (she has 4 of each!), and reading.
Roberta is from Stephen, MN and joined the RRAEH team in 2020. Her favorite thing about veterinary medicine is being able to work with animals and the people who love animals as much as she does!
In her free time, Roberta enjoys reading, puzzles, crafts, watching movies, binge-watching TV shows, and spending time with family and friends. Roberta’s pets include Bella, Zoe, Cubbie, and Hank the cats.

Haley grew up down the road from Fargo, in Hawley, MN. Growing up, family members thought that Haley would be involved with Veterinary Medicine in some way someday. With her love of animals, she found that way to RRAEH/RC, and beginning in July 2024, is an integral part of the team of RRAEH/RC. She sees the medical team as heroes and she supports what they do on a daily basis!
Haley has a fur family as well, consisting of Goosey, Banana, and Moo Moo, all felines.
Haley enjoys video games, and a fun fact about Haley, she is a self-taught nail artist. She enjoys trying the latest trends and new designs in her free time.
