Luna’s mischievous curiosity nearly cost her everything when she chewed on her owner’s albuterol inhaler – a dangerous mistake that led to severe heart and electrolyte issues. Her owner, who had recently lost his job, was devastated and feared the worst for his beloved Luna. “She means the world!! She has been to hell and back for us on multiple occasions,” he shared with our team.
With round-the-clock care required, Luna’s family faced an overwhelming financial burden. But the Pawsitive Care Fund stepped in, offering the support they needed to ensure that Luna received the lifesaving treatment she desperately needed.
Thanks to generous donors, Luna’s condition stabilized, and she was able to return home to the family who loves her so deeply. Though her recovery took time, her family couldn’t be more grateful for the second chance Luna now has.
