RCM Veterinary Surgery is owned and operated by Dr. Rachel Chmelovski. Dr. Chmelovski graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS in Biology in 2014. She completed her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Minnesota in 2018. She then went on to complete a rotating internship in small animal surgery and medicine at the University of Minnesota from 2018-2019. Finally, she completed a three-year residency in surgery, starting at Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary medicine and completing the residency at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Chmelovski achieved board-certification from the American College of Veterinary Surgeons in February 2023.
